How can i deal with my ADHD. i love my wife to death but here lately it has gotten where I'm angry over the little things and having a hard time siting down with her. and talking. now i was diagnose with ADHD when i was a child but my mother took me off of it. because of something my sister-in-law told her. Now my main question is how do i deal with it. I don't have the money or health insurance get meds. to help. what can i do. or what can i suggest to her. to help us deal. with my problem. or what can we both do. I love her to death. but i afraid if i can't figure something out i be living alone. with out her or my daughter. Please help me. if u can.

Could you check for local clinics in the area, there are some in some places that are free or low cost.

Also, check with your medical doctor, and let them know that you cannot afford meds, and see what kind of advice they can give you.
