i kinda want help, but
im really young , and ive
never really told anyone ,
and i sure dont plan on
telling my mom!

Keep trying to focus. Practice really helps your attention span.
You can try finding environments that are stimulating but not too stimulating, like your backyard or a coffee shop.
You might also try taking a walk or doing something relaxing before you need to focus.
You sometimes just need to suck it up.

I agree with Edahn, please try to take in some things that help you calm yourself, learn breathing techniques...
You may have to tell them anyways, especially if it keeps getting worse...
