He is being treated for ADHD, but I know that he has a genetic link for schizophrenia, and bi-polar disorder. Could the voices he hears screaming in his head that he says won't leave him alone, be an early indication that he has schizophrenia?

Defiantly get him checked out for schizophrenia.

Well, it could be. What would be the harm in getting him checked out just to make sure?

Hopefully it isnt, but you need to find out.
