Should a child with adhd be disciplined by multiple people?

I'm a believer in positive parenting and its works well for my daughters and my dog lol. If my dog does something and I correct her...she runs to me wagging her tail because she knows I'd never hurt her. Children don't make a mission to be "bad" - they're simply learning how to behave. What kind of discipline are you talking about??

dose it affect the child who has adhd if he is being discipline by more then person over and over rather then just the parents

A child with ADHD needs to be in correct treatment, not being "disciplined" for the symptoms of his disorder. If it is discipline related to other issues, the parents should be responsible.

Who are the "multiple people" disciplining this child? Are you referring to physical actions?

I'm not understanding the question. Regardless of the child's ADHD diagnosis, if the child's behavior is needed to be corrected then the person who is responsible for the child should be the one correcting the child. If the child is not responding the the correction then another person may need to intervene. All adults need to be on the same page as to how to correctly handle the behavior the child is exhibiting.

see my son has adhd and when he dose something wrong and i dont catch it in time they get after him or being told to do something like pick up there toys just little thing but my thing is if you have more then one person telling him what to do wont it just make it harder on the child wouldnt it confuse them and make them not understand what is right and wrong

who are "they" and how old is the child?

I do agree that it is better for a child, regardless of any disorder, to have consistency in who the authority figure(s) in their life are.

I am just confused as to who is usurping your role with your child? and why do they have this authority over him?
