my husband has been accused of stealing.he swears he did not do it.even though they have no proof they can still probably convict.i could be left with all the bills ,a house and no job at the present time...i am going out of my mind with worry.i just want to fade away.

clyde .i don't know if this will get to you cause i am unfamiliar how this works...thanks so much for your response..i do have family ..but they can't do much..i do have their support..i was wondering if we should talk to the police or d.a. about this serious accusation..so far as we know his boss hasn't went that far...but we are not sure.i feel like i'm sitting on a time bomb,,,i wake up in the morning and the same sick feeling starts over again..thankyou clyde...will keep in touch.
Well, you could file a report, yes, but I don't honestly know much good it would do at the moment, until they either try to arrest him or find a reason to convict him.
I can understand how you are feeling, and I hope it gets better soon. I know its hard to do, and easy for me to say, but try to relax a little--find something you like to do, and do it, hopefully to get your mind off of it for awhile.

If they have no proof and he swears he didn't do it...what do they have "over him" to convict him on?
I can understand your apprehension...have you tried relaxing breathing techniques or meditation, both which can help with calming your nerves?
Have you been or are you on any anxiety meds at the present? IF so, and you have a T, I would also discuss this with the T at the next scheduled time...
Its gotta be a horrible feeling worrying about what to do. Is there anyone in the family to help you out or to lean on (from either side of the family)?
