i don't know what it is, but very often when i'm in public for no reason i get awfully nervous, my palms get sweaty and this severe feeling of something that is not going to happen, sometimes i begin to talk very fast and act a little crazy, it scares me a lot.

There is a reason, you just have to get in touch with your mind and body and bit more.
There are lots of things you can do to improve your relationship with your anxiety and make it easier to manage. You can even use it as a gateway to self-appreciation and self-understanding.
I'll recommend two books. First, Calming Your Anxious Mind by Brantley. It's a great book if you're at all interested in spirituality or Buddhism. The second is Hot to Control Anxiety Before It Controls You by Ellis, the founder of REBT, a very popular method (and forerunner of CBT) for treating anxiety that has proven results.
If you want to try some stuff immediately, just try and slow things down and give yourself a hug, letting yourself know that it's okay. Then carry on with whatever it is you should be doing at the moment with ease and patience.
