Hi, I'm not sure whether this is OCD or not. These things have been happening in the last few weeks.

I have to look at something good after looking at something bad
I get unwanted thoughts and images, and try to block them by thinking of good things.
If I don't I get worried and nervous.
I feel depressed a lot of the time.
I wake up really early, feeling anxious and cannot go back to sleep.

Please tell me if this i OCD or not.

How long has this been happening? You can't get an accurate diagnosis over the internet. Sounds more like anxiety. Is there alot of stress in your life right now? Try some slow deep breathing exercises - it really helps.

im no doctor but it doesnt sound to me like you have ocd. i would look up the definition for ocd. ocd is obsessive compulsive... i think you are having anxiety. ocd means you are obsessed with something like for example washing your hands 4 times, everytime before leaving the house or tapping the door knob 10 times, everytime before you open it... little things like that.

Kinda sounds OCD-ish to me. I'm not a doctor though. If you can manage it with deep breathing, good. You can also try just getting comfortable with the nervous feeling that happens if you DON'T do the compulsive behavior (looking at something good). If you need more help, see a therapist or buy a book.

I would definitely try some breathing exercises, or at least see your therapist, or get one ;)
