Hello, I have a ph.D in this question. L.O.L. Cutting, burning one self, Taking drugs to the almost point of death, driving super fast, to a more milder form like makingyourself lose a good job and also theywill probally be very angry and impulusive. If so do them themhelp.
first.. not wanting to be patronizing.. but the 1st signs of self harming.. What a dumb question to ask? if one is hurting themselves on purpose.. its self harming.. no first signs.. and its easy to treat.. - anti depressants and getting some self confidence.

Self-harming is usually only the surface problem, so usually it is treated with psychotherapy, and if a disorder is uncovered, maybe prescription drugs.

Self-harm can involve issues of hurting oneself by cutting, burning, taking pills, etc.
Anything that would completely and utterly be bad to a person.
