Well i for a long time i have felt good one second and the next be very mad and angry for no reason. I have my brother that has Bipolar and my cousin does to. i have been thinking that maybe i have it to.. so how can i find out??

You would need to talk to a MD or a therapist who would put you through assessment for bipolar.
