Can the high be a persistent high for like 6 months and then it be at a extreme low for a year and then high for 3 months and depressed for 5 and so on and so forth? Can each be in long periods of time and then sometimes in between have short episodes by week by week? Mainly depressed and mood swings like irritably. Or does it have to be happy on sec and crazy the next?

I wouldnt say it would be exactly happy one sec and crazy the next.

Check on disorders, here at PC for the possible type of bipolar you may have.

Yeeep, I was depressed for like 3 years and then happy for a year, now, I dont even know, but they think I'm bi-polar now... so yes.
