I have been depressed for many years now after talking with a doctor it seems I may be bipolar. Is anger and fantasies of getting back at someone or just wanting to pummel them a common symptom of bipolar?

Irritability and depression are, and they might lead to stuff like aggression. If you want to get to the bottom of it, try and ask why you get upset. What's going on in your mind? How can you change that?
