i read the artical about the diffrence between people with D.I.D., bipolar disorder, and scitzopherinia and in this artical it saud people with bipolar disorder did not hear vocies that werent there. my question is is that true cuz i thought people with bipolar disorder had both visual and audio hallucinations?
