It would be helpful if you could provide us with a few more details. I'm not sure if you're feeling disconnected as in 'disassociation' or split personality or are you talking about feeling lost as in not being connected to yours peers, family and society in general. I feel confused. Unable to make decisions. I hold on to anger and "things" that are not important. Also cannot remember things that were said to me yesterday.

With just the few pieces of information you have given us, Shiney, it could be any number of things going on. How's your mood? (Mood is the general way you are feeling most of the time.) There are a class of disorders called "mood disorders". But, if you feel like your mind is going somewhere else, is not necessarily in your body, that might be a "disassociative disorder". The very best thing that you could do for yourself, if this is causing you great difficulty, is to make an appointment to be evaluated by a psychiatrist. Maybe there's a local mental health center you could go to? It really depends upon how much this is disrupting your life. I wish you the best of luck in find out what's going on.
