Tell your parents that you feel you need guidance. Diagnosing bipolar though is often more complex than an internet test would have you believe. You are at a crucial time in your life, so take advantage of any chance for self discovery, and don't feel ashamed for it.

Hi,

I would agree with Francesca that you can't diagnose yourself. Children have a wide range of emotions, especially at your age. I,m a Mom with 2 girls and I know they can be crying one minite and laughing the next. Talk to your parents and let them know how you feel. They will know whether or not you need to see a doctor and they are the only ones who can diagnose problems accurately. Don't worry, you can't believe everything you read. If I was your Mom I would want to know how you're feeling.

Online tests are not always accurate and truthful, but I would also say trust your instincts a bit.

Please seek help with your Mom especially or a professional at your school and see where that leads you :)

Best,

Clyde
