Is there something in particular that makes you think that he doesn't trust you? Has he said something or done something that says to you that he doesn't completely trust you?

If he's bipolar it may be nothing to do with you at all. His moods changes naturally make him susceptable to mistrust. All you can do is be honest but don't think you have to constantly alter yourself in order to please him. It's a very big challenge getting involved with someone who's bipolar - be careful not to get hurt.

Well, it's either that he feels strongly but you're worrying too much, or that he doesn't feel strongly. I try and read people's body language and figure out when my mind is just worrying about things without reason.

You can make a list in your journal of all the reasons you suspect he doesn't truly love you. Then make a list of all the reasons you think he does love you. Then decide if you think you're being reasonable or unreasonable in thinking he doesn't love you. If you think you're just worrying over small things, then let it go and move on.

Hopefully he does love you, but you worry too much about it. Worrying so much about it will never make it go away for you. You need to believe in what you feel and trust your feelings and go from there.

Ask him. Hopefully you dont have to hear he does not, or have feelings that he does not, but you need to ask and find out and ask more than just a one question deal.
