ive been dating my girlfriend now for 2 months. shes a really nice woman. i do love her and care for her. she always complains about her mother being bipolar and how her mom treats her really bad. so i decided to ask her to live with me. i feel a bit confused, she is on her way to moving in, but i kinda feel it maybe to soon, or will she be bipolar as well in the days to come? i heard from other sources that it runs in the family. did i make the wrong choice?

How old is she and does she have a job? I agree it does seem a little soon to move her in. She needs to be responsible for herself. Yes bipolar illness can run in families but it's not guaranteed 100%. You should want her to move in because you're a good couple not because to have a good heart and want to rescue her. Best of luck.

If you let her start moving in, I would say it is a bit too late, but of course, if she changes, you can "kick her out", or you can try and get her help.
