I want to be able to help my partner deal with me when it comes to my manic episodes and hallucinations but I don't know what would alleviate his emotions. Hallucinations are frightening enough for myself, but it is extremely awkward to express my discomfort when I am seeing something that he can't see himself. What can I do to communicate what's going on without frightening him and making the situation worse?

If you are in therapy or something, maybe your partner could go with u one time to talk with the therapist so he can get an outside point of view of what's happenning to you and how to confront it. See u, stitls

Letting him be in therapy may be beneficial, but I would also recommend discussing with him while you are not in that state how you think/feel you would respond when those events happen and how best you think he could prepare for them.
