hey there i have been trying to find something i can take for my aggression or irritability which leads to ridiculous behaviour. I am easily proved, i lash out verbally and when i am doing this i truely believe it is everyone else who is bitchy and not me...help i am on effexor and lamotrine ....my doc makes me do the research so any suggestions would be great thanks....

Hi there, I'm new here and sorry to see that you haven't received a response after 23 days. I have a similar problem, but I lash out b/c I'm annoyed that they aren't listening to me or just don't understand or follow/keep up with me. I'm on Effexor XR, Lamictal and Vyvanse (was Ritalin LA). I'm at the highest dose of the Lam and probably the efxr too. So I don't know what else to do. It has affected some of my work relationships in the past year. I hope someone comes around with some advice! Good luck to you!

I think I did post on this--was it posted twice? I mentioned something to the effect of asking your Doc why he couldnt help you find out what you needed to know...

just wondering- does the irritability and aggression happen more if you are late for a dose of effexor, or have missed a dose? I have noticed for myself that if I have missed a couple of doses then I am waaaaay out of control and find it hard to be rational...
