Well, with all that anxiety, I can understand why.

Is there a therapist you can talk to about all these issues?

Best,

Hi Sonyabug, I also have felt like anger was taking over my life. According to my therapist, if I don't express my anger, but hold it in, being a peacemaker, not standing up for myself, and not setting boundaries with family and friends, the anger builds up and up, and eventually it boils over. It sounds like you are at the boiling point. I think what helped me most is beng in therapy. It really helps to talk it out with someone who can offer sound advice. Talking to friends can help, but they tend to give not very helpful advice. And sometimes a friends' advice can be really harmful. Start with your family doctor, sometimes they will do counselling, or give you a referral. The doctor may suggest medications. You may not feel comfortable taking meds, that's your decision, but I would definitely ask for counselling, or a referral.
