Consider bringing child to a professional hypnotherapist that has experience in legally documenting the child's story. Need evidence to hold up in court.
Kids are so powerless to predators. I can imagine several scenarios how to catch the father if he is raping the child. But before any of these things would work, the child needs to become assertive. Children are taught to honor parents. When you have a monster parent, it confuses the child. He needs to learn to fight back. Pedophiles Rapists are by nature weak and spineless people.
Enroll the kid in martial arts. This will help self-esteem.
Find the best child therapist to work with the child. I think if you love your child, a parent would pay top dollars for the mental well-being of his/her child.
If this friend of yours does not bring her son to the best therapist she can find and invest in weekly sessions for her son, then it's proof she is as much to blame as the rapist father.
There is miscommunication between the parents and the court decide that the children will spent 0ne weekend out of two in their father's house. While the children are there, they cannot communicate with their mother or received any phone call. the house phone was disconnected and the only phone they can use is the cell phone of the father.
I personally advise the little boy(he is the one complaining about the nocturnal abuse) to kick and scream if his father enter in his room in the night and take him out of the bed. or Dial 911 the next time he put his hand on the phone in the absence of his father.
But at the end, it is so difficult to understand given that it is his father. this week end, he told me the same story, I am considering now calling ACS and report.

I would definitely step in and help this child, as it is obvious there is something wrong with this picture. I would notify Child Protective Services IN PERSON and if they did not proceed to take the childout of the home then I would contact an Attorney. If all else fails, contact the Police.
Child Protective Agencies usually err on the side of caution and protect children. Call child protective and repeat to them that you want your child protected. Ask them to protect your child instead of the predator.
