I know this might not have much to do with mental heath but I just needed to ask some other people. I have been off my birth control pill for a month for a surgery I had. I had sex today and because we were so used to not using a condom we forgot. He pulled out but did ejaculate on the out side of my vagina. I think he pulled out in time but still. Also I have been having clear discharge the past 3 days. My friend told me that means im ovulating and at peak for pregnancy. Is there a chance I could have gotten pregnant and about how big of a chance??? Please no yelling about safe sex.

Hi Jewls
the chances of sperm on the outside making it all the way in to an egg are much lower but it is always a possibility that some got in. But then, not even birth control pills are 100% "safe"....
When is your next period due? If it is about 2 weeks away then yes, you would be in mid cycle ovulation phase.
hopefully your period will be on time and relieve you of this worry. there are home pregnancy tests that can tell fairly accurately very early on if you are pregnant, so maybe consider one of those

I agree, if you're at the mid point of your cycle where you're fertile - there's a possibility. During sex, some seminol fluid does seep out even before ejaculation - that's why the pulling out method isn't safe. If sperm in on the outside, it can't end up inside. Let us know where you are in your cycle.

I dont think it is super possible, but it can always happen. Please check with your doctor if you are really worried.
Or use a home pregnancy test.
Better yet, if you dont want to be pregnant, then dont have sex.
