I have been having these dreams that i get pregnant and i know who the father is..every dream it happens the same way and once i get ready to deleiver the baby i wake up. My fiance just tonight says i look like my stomach is getting rounder but i dont see it.. and i told him about the dreams and he says its a sign that i may be pregnant.. What do the dreams really mean? I have been pregnant once before back in jan. with the guy i am with now. but i had a miscarriage due to to much stress.

It very common to have dreams about being pregnant. I'm very sorry you had a miscarriage. Do you want to become pregnant again?? Considering what you've been through it's normal to have this dream. Best of luck, Bella

Have you checked to see if you are? Did you get a pregnancy test, go to a doctor to get checked out?
