My mom recently had a dream where she was pregnant however in this dream she had an abortion through her mouth. In the dream she also finds out that that had happened because of witchcraft done on her by a relative. What does this mean?

It sounds like she would like to talk about things or family members (the relative?) but feels stifled to do so?

Just a note, one place says "my" dream and then the other says "my mom"?

Which one is it?
