My marriage is falling apart, my kids are on the other side of the country, I wanna die half the time. Nobody will listen to me, no matter what I do I'm wrong. I can't take it any more. I'm tired of feeling like I have to kiss my husbands ass just so he won't leave me with nothing, which he is gonna do anyway. I wanna be with my kids.

twogirls1boy, sounds like the relationship is non-existent. I think you need someone to discuss this with, and to figure out what is in your own best interest. A clinical psychologist can help you sort through all those miserable feelings and thoughts, and help you realize what you need to do for yourself, so you can be the best person you can be, and be happy with a life you can live.
Why not contact your local mental health clinic? You can receive free resource help through the local hospital's social worker, usually connected through the emergency room. Give them a call and find out your options.

I wish it were that easy. It's a crazy story, if you wanna know I'll tell you. But to make it short, my kids and I were supposed to go to New York. I wanted to get them out of a bad situation. He promised me, even our daughter to her face that I would be there "next week." My kids left May 12. I'm still here. He told me to go do someone for my ticket, and that is saying it nicely.

Well, it kind of answers itself, doesnt it? You don't want to be with your husband, you say, but want to be with your kids?
Why not at least visit them for a bit, on vacation, and see how it is?
Then, if you wanna stay, you could? If you didnt, though, at least you could always come back?
Best,
Clyde
