It's important to learn healthy sleep habits. The first thing you need to rule out is - do you snore? This can make people tired because it wakes them up at night. So here are a few tips:
1. Go to bed the same time roughly every night.
2. Room should be completely dark and quiet
3. Don't eat anything heavy after 7 pm.
4. Limit caffeine to twice a day early in the day or eliminate it completely
5. exercise regularly not at night.
6. Don't watch TV or play video games before bed
7. Go out and enjoy sunny weather - sun regulates internal body clock.
8 try relaxation and deep breathing exercise.
9. Make sure room isn't too hot and your pillow is comfortable
Hopefully these tips will help you feel more rested. Exercise will also help with general boost in energy to help with your lazy feelings. If you can't actually get up and are missing class then put your alarm on the other side of the room so you have to get up and shut it off.

Great suggestions by bella.
It sounds to me like your mind is a little disorganized right now and you are not collected.
I'd suggest you also clean your room up (and car) and take good care of your hygiene. It'll help your thinking become clear. Force yourself to get into a new routine that you know is best for you. It'll be hard at first, but eventually it'll become easier. A good routine gives you adequate rest, time to relax, and time to get shit done. When I was studying for a major exam a few years ago, I would study at a cafe before actually going home. I spent about 2-3 hours at a time, with a friend, going over material before going home and having dinner. As an engineer, you are good at efficient design, so you can design your own productive schedule. Have some fun with it, but stick to it until it becomes easier.
I also think you should sleep a little more.

It could be sleep habits, and/or it could be a precursor to depression.
