I hate everything about me, my appearance and just everything in general. I hate my life..there's soo many things going on. What should I do? Do I have depression? Or how can I help this? I hate talking to people about my problems so I don't know if a therapist will help or not.
It is hard to tell if you have depression from just a short letter. However, it seems that you are unhappy about a lot of things. I think a therapist can help. It certainly is worth a try. If you have a lot of things going on, they can help you sort them out. If you hate a lot of things about you, they can help give you perspective. Everyone has flaws, that's certain but I'll bet that you are magnifying those and overlooking all of your positive traits. Yes, you have those too. Give therapy a shot. You're worth it. All my best, Junie

It definitely is impossible to tell if it is just depression or not.
However, it might be a good place to start...they can let you know what they think, and I am sure that they will find a lot more good things than you think.
Best,
Clyde

Hi
it would be worthwhile to at least give it a try seeing a therapist...if you dont feel comfortable after the first visit you are under no obligation to return.
But living with those feelings isnt good for you so I do hope you will consider therapy
