well, I have this friend that wont stop talking about killing himself. I tell him everyday how sad everyone will be and he just keeps saying no one will be and I would be happy, with is not true! I offered him help but he wont take it.. I hive him my attention, but he doesnt seem to be enough... Its really bugging me because everytime I'm around him he make me feel sad. I really wish he would just stop al theis crazyness. I wish I could help but everytime I try he gets mad at me... Please, could some one just tell me what to say to get him feeling better or even tell me something to do. I would tell the councler but everytime I try he gives me this pleading look and I just cant find myself to tell...

Hi Jessie

you need to tell the counselor!! If he is truly suicidal he needs help and if he is just trying to get your attention, then it will hopefully show his that threatening suicide is not a game!

Please tell the counselor or a trusted adult about this.

I hope you will tell someone! This isnt good for him and not for you to have to worry this way either

I second that, you most definitely need to tell the counselor. He may not thank you now, but he will one of these days for saving his life.

Also try the link above, or have him call 1-800-SUICIDE.

He keeps saying no one will care and that in and of itself, not to mention that he keeps saying it over and over is basically a cry for help.

"Find" yourself to tell, please.

You have to think worst-case-scenario on this one. If he does kill himself, will you be able to live with the uncertainty that you might have prevented it?
