Hi lottie,

I am sorry to hear about your nan and your pets. You sound like your going through grief, and what is happening to you is perfectly normal. It's just that you don't have anyone who your able to talk to about this.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary situation. Your grief feels really intense, but overtime it will subside and the feelings will be less intense.

If you can speak to your dad let him know that your upset over the loss of your gran and your pets, and feel you would like to speak to a counselor. If your family can't afford one, then speak to your school counselor. They know how to deal with whole range of stuff, not just stuff about school.

Here is a website called reach out, it's got some really cool stuff about handling grief and loss. What you might feel, and how to manage some of the feelings that your experiencing. It's an Australian website but the info is really good so give it a read. There also stories from other people in situations just like yours.

Hope this helps.

Hi there.

It definitely could be an issue of depression. Can you talk to school counselors about what is going on?

I am sorry to hear about your Gran, and you also might be able to talk to others (such as a professional) about what is going on with you.

Also, try this link:

or call 1-800-SUICIDE.

Do not give up!

Best,

Clyde
