Im in my early teens and I have a friend thats suicidal lately shes been really scaring me telling me to tell everyone shes sorry for what shes gonna do and that she loves everyone.I try get her to stop but she wont listen to me as I am suicidal too she says it means nothing comingg from me. She also says that if I tell anyone about it she will tell them about my depression how can I make her not do it without telling anyone?

I think that you should tell her parents, even if it means her being very mad and losing the friendship - that's better than her losing her life. Suicide is never the answer to lifes problems. The way we think when we're a teenager changes alot as we grow older - everythings more dramatic when you're young. I lost a brother a year and 4 months ago and know how devastating suicide is. You're not being a bad friend by telling her parents. I hope you and your friend get help.

I agree--tell her family. I do think you both need to get the help, and if you dont do so, you both are really asking for more trouble.

If not, talk to your school counselor, and they can say that they overheard it or something.
