I am sorry to hear what you are going through.

It sounds as if you really need to go see a doctor and a therapist.

Also, you can call 1-800-SUICIDE or go to: http://www.metanoia.org/suicide/

for help as well.

Which one do you really feel more attracted to? Your girlfriend or the guy? Does both feel sexual? Do you feel confused about what to do?

What do you think this girl and this guy would feel like if you killed yourself? They would really be hurting--dont you think?

Share your feelings with them as well...let them know how you are feeling.

Sorry about how your grandpa and brother are feeling--maybe once you get well, you can help them? Think about it, you can help save their lives!

Best,

Clyde

Dont try to help anyone but you right now. If your bipolar is out of control (hypersexuality, Depression, Hopelessness ect.) You need to care for you first. I think youre ability to make music is great and UNIQUE to you. Keep your songbook in hand. Us Bipolars make the best music/art/poetry on earth. Remember that this disease is a tricky one and your mood wont stay where it is forever.

this may sound silly but take your B-vitamins. This can greatly improve your sadness and depression. it is important for you to remember that you may have been victimiezed by your mom (who should've protected you) but you have survived that turmoil. It is important to give yourself credit for surving terror, fear, victimzation, etc. Also you are lacking in the vital guidance that parents and grandparents are meant to give their children. I believe this is in part supporting your bipolar illness. But if you want to survive, you can. This is your life, and making it to and end is what it's all about. I don't think that suicide is really the answer we seek when we feel depression. It is just a way to turn off the noise but that noise only needs to be tuned into it's true channel and then you can hear more of the beautiful music you were born to make. like i said this may sound silly, but i think the sadness and depression comes from an unrealized life unfulfilled soul ---i believe that death WILL NOT change that. Only changing the way you live will change that. may (even the most-minute)peace be with you always. I pray that you find your way.

You sound very confused and overwhelmed. I highly recommend the site Clyde gave you. You're had alot of trauma in your life, so it's not surprising you're having a hard time now!! One important thing to remember is to never make important life decisions when you're upset - this means never consider suicide an option!! When you're feeling that desperate, it's important to just wait for the feelings to pass and get medical help. The same goes for your indecision about your girlfriend and best friend - there's no rush in deciding what to do. The most important thing right now is to take care of yourself - so please go to your doctor and tell him/her how you feel. Are you on medication or in counselling?? Due to your traumatic past it's very important to receive help with those issues. Once you get yourself healthy you will then be able to make better decisions on life. Best of luck,

Bella.
