My little sister made me so mad so I hit her on the back of the head. She did what she did because she knew it would make me mad. Everyone in my family got mad at me and not my sister. The rage is just to much to bear. I want to hurt my family. I picture them all being hurt and Im happy. I realy want to hurt them very badly! I need help. PLEASE!!!
I would say see someone, and yeah you should, but if not, than get a punching bag. Trust me, it works, UNLESS you cant deal with the rage untill you hurt them, in which case see a doctor. I had the same problem, and it was from depression. You may be headed down the road to depression, in which case it only gets worse the anger does. Eventually, I grew out of the rage. You may just grow out of it. I recomnend if you can not see a therapist, talk to someone you trust about your problem. I know MANY teens with this rage, it is not uncommon. Just what ever you do, do not hurt anyone.

Seek some help from a trusted adult. Let them know how intense your anger is. You need to talk to someone who can get you the proper help. It is normal to have anger, but these thoughts of your family getting hurt and you being happy, is NOT. There are many different chemicals that run from your brain to your body, and if one gets out of whack you may act or react in a way that you know is wrong, but you feel you cannot stop. Talk to someone close to you, soon as possible.

Seek help immediately. I would definitely let others know (in a good, positive way) how your anger is going.
Talk to your school counselor, your friends, your therapist (if and when you get one) and your doctor.
