I hear pulsating outside tones like a doorbell or keys left in a car ignition. It can go for a few hours. I'm in therapy for abuse. I'm bipolar II. Any ideas what this could be?

Check with your MD/GP or T. Perhaps there is some abuse damage to your ears?
