There is this man at my work that I have a crush on and would like to get to know him better. I have seen him at the coffee stand and cafeteria in my workplace and he always stares at me, I also seem to run in to him all the time at certain times of the day in the hallways at work, he just stares at me and walks by. I can not figure out what to say to this man as I do have a crush on him, but do not know for sure why he is always staring at me. I have never met him before and do not know how to start a conversation with him. I have a feeling that he has been asking people at work about me and might be getting the wrong information about me from people that just do not know what is going on in my life that well. I want to ask him why he is starring at me all the time, but do not want to be that upfront about it. Any ideas what I should say to this man without being to upfront to someone you never met before..

Hi there...it could be started just that way...perhaps make a small joke about it...kind of like, "Do I have spinach in my teeth?" or something that wont be construed as mean, hard, or rash...
I know you dont wanna get hurt if he wouldnt be interested, but the only way to know is to ask...but, perhaps, at least by talking a little at first, you can find out.
Ask simple stuff, like how the weather is, how he is doing, etc.

well next time you run into him try and bump him just a little bit which will give you an excuse to talk to him, sounds cheesy but it will work if she diggs you. Then i would just say "Oops, im sorry... hey "
