Unfortunatly my pychologist got sick and isn't able to help me in the past months. For this reason I came on this site to search for advice.
Not long ago I went off Zoloft. Because of that I have different effects which quite disturb my current condition.
For the most part I started to be very forgetful and lost. Like I do not have a hold of myself. It is hard for me to concentrate. And even basic things which I use to with no problems is a challenge for me. I try to pay attention to do best I can to accomplish certain tasks and still afterwards it turns out I missed something. This condition is confusing and makes me to be very lost. I can’t do my job as effective I use to, and because of there are some tensions at work, so as with my friends.
Is there a way for me to get back well, some tools for my condition to come to normal?

If you cannot find a T to go to, because of cost and such, I would at least recommend going to a MD at the ER. I know it costs a ton of money, but you need to have your issues checked out.
You really do need a professionals advice on how to cut down, stop taking the meds, etc...

It is hard to explain but there isn't even a thing like MD or ER where I am at now. I've tried and docs don't really take my problems as an issue. For this reason I've post a question on this site and also trying to look for advice in other places to get help. To just get some advice, maybe some things I need to do, so books, articles for me to read, some exercises I can do, which would help me to get back into normal condition.

Unfortunately I do not have a doc now. I live in a country where it a bit complicated to get one. I use to have one several months ago, we would communicate through phone, skype, chat, she has helped me a lot. But in the June of 2007 she has suffered from car accident and wasn’t able to help me any more. Where I live now I tried to find a psychologist but the ones I found weren’t really able to help and they charged me so much. So I wasn’t able to find another doctor and afford to have one. I still continued taking the meds, since my foreign doc told me to take it for about a year. Now is the time to off it. And do not really know how to handle the effects afterwards.
