When ever my GF does something, anything small that doesn't make me happy and disappointed me even the littlest instead of brushing it off i tend to guilt trip her till she wont talk to me. I also get these mood swings very sparatically that i can either be super happy or feel like a complete looser afterwards. I just don't know whats going on - please help me =(

Onous, it could be that you feel safe with your girlfriend, and then treat her meanly because of it.
Acting out, especially when taking your feelings out on a friend (or anyone) is never good.
Find someone to talk with about your feelings. You may be trying to work through issues that are overwhelming you. Don't expect others to just brush off your poor treatment of them. It's up to you to learn to feel good about yourself so you don't have to dump on others.

It could very well be that you are insecure with your own feelings. Is there someone you can talk to about this?
You seem to push her buttons for your amusement...you really need to realize that she is there for you to care about, and you her, you arent there to get upset with each other.
Talk to her, and ask her to help you communicate better with her. She may help you understand why you are guilt tripping her.
