I never understand why I over eat and have huge urge to eat when I feel stressed or depressed. OCD is common problem in my family and it looks like I am also suffering. Should I do not eat, then I transfer the feeling into ''serious shopping'' activity. There is a paradox: I do value seriously my appearance and great shopper, but on the other hand knowing eat extensively which totally makes it impossible to dress up the way I would like to. I have been to various dietitians but I mostly suspect it is problem of ''mind''

It certainly can be connected, as to the way you approach things, or the reasoning behind how you feel. But to say it's in your mind isn't quite right. ;) Perhaps seeing both a therapist and a dietician might be a good way to attack this issue for yourself. By knowing what are good foods to eat and have in the house, will help you when you feel out of control and want to eat everything in the house.

Oh, yes, it definitely can be a problem with the OCD, as I can see you know already :)
The shopping activities are as well.
You may want to see a therapist instead of a dietitian. A dietitian may be more interested in "what" you eat, then "why" you eat it, and of course, they won't care about your shopping and spending habits, except for what you are paying them.
Seek a therapist who can help you with your OCD and it should definitely help you.
