Did the attack itself go away after awhile? May I suggest that you try taking a few deep breaths to clear your head for a few moments. For right now, don't look for diagnosis on the Internet. Worry can cause a person to imagine all sorts of worse case scenarios. This is not to say that you are not experiencing your symptoms. Obviously your are. But perhaps by taking a while to back off from the topic may ease your symptoms.

You didn't say how you are, which would also be helpful for suggestions.
I'd recommend that you go back and see or call whoever diagnosed you as OCD and make sure they are aware of these additional symptoms. Different disorders can present themselves in many different ways, so there's always the possibility these symptoms are a part of your OCD. It's also possible that it's something else altogether. Your best bet is to check back in with your professional and get their opinion.
Good luck!

Yes, I agree with DocJohn. Check with whom gave you this diagnosis and see what can be done.
It can be very many different things, thats why the best bet is to check with someone IRL who can help you more.
