I had a dream the night before my grandpap died when I was only 14. He told me to let everyone know that he loved them and it was time for him to go. Then a couple years later I had another dream about my great aunt the night before she died. She told me the same thing but to let my grandpap know that shes okay. What does this mean?

It could just very well mean that you are very perceptive to possible changes in a person, that you know possibly that they may be feeling like the "end times" are coming for them, and that they need to go.
It could be that you are just so close to them, that you kind of know.
I do believe it that, myself.
