I still can't remember anything, still can't sleep, still can't find things, am still depressed and having self-harm issues, still anxious and worried and VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't take much more of this chaos, and neither can my boyfriend, who is by the way the first person I've ever had a relationship with that even tries to understand. Life really sucks these days. Could the lack of progress be because my therapist only has time to see us about 2x a month? Its hard to make changes when you don't have the skills or knowledge about how to do so or even know what needs to be changed. HELP!
