It's not that you don't have emotions.You just switch them off.That is a kind of self protection:if every time you describe or think about it you feel the same way as you did when it happened it would be too painful.
You can switch yourself off even while being abused or block your feelings and memories immediately after.

Sometimes people do not cry because of describing their abuse to their T for a couple of different things:
1) They are afraid to break down in front of the T
2) There are some people who take a detached mode when discussing things like this.
You mentioned you cry sometimes at home when you think about it--do you feel more secure at the T's office or more rigid than you would at home? Perhaps that would be it?
