-Regularly i have been unable to focus or lose myself when i have been doing a task. It began a wile ago, but has now has had more "influence" over me. I have episodes where i am do doing just fine thought wise, then all of a sudden my mined will begin to create its own "Room". mainly consisting of me and another man (usually my mined makes him to be the same person) in that room. I don't know his name, but i like to think he is like an older version of me. We talk like you would to a really good friend or family member. nothing to bad, we just talk of random stuff, joke, sometimes gives me advise on what i should do or how to act. But its as though i really am in that room and seeing it like a dream (a bit hazy and a shroud of fog over the finer details). its not like this is much of a problem to me, (I kinda like it in all honesty), but it is affecting my grades a bit, and also when i come out of the "Room" I usually get a shock in my mined that goes through my body making my head twitch a bit to the side and it dose not look to natural. I was hopping to get some opinions on this, if it is worthy to bring up to an adult or I should just try my best to control it.
-I'm a little scared i will be doing something important when this happens and i might hurt someone b/c I'm not attentive enough, or one time i might not be able to "wake up" from the daydream.

It could just be your conscience talking to you.
How bad are your grades affected when it messes with your mind?
Could you talk to your school counselor about this? It doesnt seem harmful to me, but then again, from what little we know, it could be too.
