my dad died last year in his sleep does he know he gone? i feel him or it seems as though he is watching me.

It definitely is comforting and a feeling of happiness to know that someone may be watching over us and trying to help take care of us.
No one knows, for sure, sadly.
I like to think they are, but no one really knows.

Hi silky, I'm sorry for your loss. No one can be sure what the afterlife is all about. Those who have belief in God say that there is a heaven people go to. Most of those who have had NDE (near death experiences) say that there is no thought of this life here because of the pure energy and wonder of being there.
It can be comforting to sense that a loved one watches over us. I wonder if that's their caring and teaching being fully remembered by us, once they've passed.
