Hi! Well, I start highschool in about two weeks. I'm not really sure what I did...but I signed up for Dance Class.

I'm fairly flexible..i guess. I think in this class, you have to be able to do the splits. I would be able to do the side splits first.

So does anyone know of any stretches that I can do to become more flexible, because i'm not quite there yet.

and also....the quickest way to lose weight!?
