My wife views me as all bad even though I 'm the farthest thing from it. Every time I try to help or do something nice for her. She twists it into something negative, and I end up pushing her away even more. I can't even discuss my own feelings with her, without it becoming a possible marriage ending fight. She knows she has this disorder, but refuses to believe that the illness is affecting her decisions about us and the marriage.

Is there anyone who can talk to her (outside of you) that would help her see that she may have problems? Is there a family member or a friend who can help?
Has she seen a T recently? It might help to have a couples therapy session or two with her so you can discuss your information safely.
These may be the people who need to talk to her about her issues.
I empathize with you, and hope things can get better.

Here also is a great PsychCentral site that can help you find people who may be experiencing the same problem, or help you through it.
