i lash out for no reason at everyone around me, even little things piss me off. i cry for no reason, its like my moods are up/down every day. im not happy anymore...and i dont know why i cant control it. HELP

Hi there. You could be dealing with being tired, being overstressed, or even such things as bipolar. You really should discuss it with your family Doctor firstly and talk about what you mentioned here.

Maybe your very stressed out. That comes from a build up of stress and then one can misdirect his/her anger.
You may also be depressed, crying for no reason is what people might do when they're depressed, but the isn't much info to go from.
I suggest you go to your Doctor, tell him/her about how you feel. Then ask that they refer you to counseling if they think it necessary.
The waiting list for counseling can be long. I had to wait around 7 months or maybe more, but the doctor should be willing to do it if you explain your problems to him.
Meanwhile (or alternatively), speak to those around you about anything that wish worrying you rather than keeping it to yourself and try to notice any patterns in your behaviour in relation to events taking place. Counselors do that and can help you recognize patterns and possible links between your actions and your perceptions along with where they stem from.
