im tryin to figure out if something is seriously wrong with me mentaly, or if its just me... i have a hard time with relationships... i am currently in one right now and am having a hard time, every time they go to hang out with someone i always have thought about "what if" running though my mind, i'm constonily afriad of being hurt or cheated and and i tend to spend a majority of the time when i'm away from them thinking about the what if's... as much as i don't want to think about it and try to keep my mind occupided but thoes thoughts keep comming back in my head and drive me crazy... i have a hard time letting the past go and worrie about it re occuring in the future... I in NO WAY want to go about my day worring about what my other half is doing and if i'm just settin my self up to get hurt. I say that i want to belive them with all my heart, and i honestly do... but my mind keeps bring up crazy idea's... it's truly hurting me and putting a strain on my relationship and i don't want to push away more people than i already have. I am lucky that they have put up with me this long, but am afraid that i won't last much longer if i keep acting the way i do... Also i tend to give off attuides with out relising i do, things come out all the time the wrong way and with out meaning to... ill be all happy one minute then the next i notice that either a ceartin movement sound or smell will set me off and ill be upset and want to be left alone or ill hit or punch things and yell... I also tend to find my self crying for no reason... i just really want to know if this is just me or if there is seriouly something wrong with me.. i need answers

1. You have a lot of anxious thoughts.
2. You are believing each thought you have, or freaking out about it's meaning, instead of just letting it pass by like a storm.
You could think of this as over-thinking. You think too much. Don't try and think your way out of it. Just let it pass by and try and get your ming OFF thinking and onto something else like the way your body feels when you're anxious.
There is nothing inherently wrong with you any more than any one else. We all, as humans, have the same challenges just in slightly different forms.
I also suggest you purchase the book Calming Your Anxious Mind by Brantley. You can get a used version here: http://www.amazon.com/Calming-Your-Anxious-Mind-Mindfulness/dp/1572243384/. Good luck and remember to be patient with your progress, okay?

Could be anxiety, or stress. We all experience these from day to day.
The main thing is that if it affects your day to day activities, than you may need to see a therapist or doctor.
