I've been taking 25mgs of doxepin for about 5 days. I wake up extremely tired and lethargic and it lasts all day. How long does that last?

Probably about as long as it does to get adjusted to the meds--a couple of weeks or so.

But for a more correct answer, ask your doctor who prescribed the meds.
