My 12 year old son was diagnosed with adhd and an anxiety disorder. He also shows signs of obsessive compulsive behavior. Until recently Tricyclics helped for adhd symptoms, but not for anxiety. SSRI's caused severe anxiety and adhd symptoms got worse. We do not want to continue increasing the Tricylcic dosage due to side effects and the fact that anxiety symptoms remain. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Hi there Heleen,

I would definitely discuss this with your doctor. I would not stop or increase/decrease ANY of this stuff without asking your doctor to help you with it.
