Its hard for me to trust my boyfriend.. i caught him sending text messages to his ex saying that he had some unfinished business with her and that he wanted to meet up with her.. i confronted him and he cried telling me that it was just a mistake and that he didnt mean anything and that he had no feelings for her.. now i am paranoid all the time. I always check his phone and when he is not with me i think he is up to no good.. I get nervous and i get headaches.. i love him and i really want this to work can you help me ?

Hi Catalina,

It is hard to trust him, I am sure. But if you feel that he may not be cheating on you anymore, you both have to learn how to trust each other again.

The main thing is: do you feel that he still is cheating on you? If so, I would not keep the relationship going. If not, then I would visit with a therapist or relationship counselor to see what they think.
