My wife is not interested in sex. She claims she is attracted to me and still has sex dreams about me, but when it comes to actual sex she is never in the mood. Other things that bother me is that she doesn't like me to touch her body or other types of foreplay. What can I do to help her feel more comfortable in the bedroom and relax and enjoy our sex life?

you havent mentioned her age...it could be something hormonal that is causing this. Also, if she has recently had a child, this can also decrease libido. Many factors can be responsible and so not having all the details makes it hard to give advice

did you have a satisfactory sex life before with her or has it always been this way?

if she hasnt been to her doctor to be checked up then that is a good place for her to start.

if nothing is wrong physically, then ,maybe she will agree to go to couples counseling with you, or to see a therapist on her own to help her work thru whatever issues are causing this

I agree we would need to know her age, how things were before and whether you have children. What does your wife say is the reason for not being interested?

i agree with both of the answers above but also make sure to show her that you love her like doing things just for the heck of it like surprise her at work with her fav. type of flowers n a lil. note saying "i luv you" and somthing sweet to really make her remember you care. Also show her your not just interested in the bedroom ask her how her day was and how life is going

Maybe you can treat her to things, get her in the mood so to speak.

Write her love poetry, sing her a song...go out on a date again?

More important than how old is she is how long have you been married and do you have kids?

I would say treat her to something nice.

Maybe a night out, poems, flowers, candy, etc. Maybe that will help.
